Condition

Fair to good, with some wear to note.  The edge is somewhat raw, almost as if it has ben cropped from a dress or longer blouse.  There are a few small holes near the waist edge, and a medium hole at the front near the waist band that gets somewhat lost in the folds (see images).  There is very faint yellowing at the top of of the neckline on the backside (too faint to capture in photos).  Lastly, there are a few loose threads at the smocking near the shoulder (see image).  Presents well.
